Corrina Hewat is one of our festival tutors for 2026. A Scottish singer, harper, composer, and educator, Corrina is widely regarded as one of Scotland’s most original musicians. She has been involved with a huge variety of bands and projects over the last 25 years.

Optional workshops with Corrina

Start singing! A workshop aimed at anyone who would like to try singing. Learn some simple songs and rounds by ear in a supportive group.

Scots Song This workshop will focus on learning some Scots songs.

Singing technique This workshop will explore aspects of technique such as warming up the voice, breath control and practice ideas, tips for singing around the voice break, finding the best key for a song for your voice.
