Ticket purchase and validity:

1.1. All Festival Passes are for named individual – any transfers must be approved by the An Cridhe Office. 

1.2. Each ticket is valid for one entry only.

1.3. Tickets can only be purchased through TicketSource or in An Cridhe Office. 

Event entry:

2.1. All attendees must comply with the venue’s rules and regulations.

2.2. The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual behaving inappropriately.

Lost or stolen tickets:

3.1. The event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

3.2. Duplicate tickets may be issued at organisers discretion.

Cancellation:

4.1. In the event of cancellation, tickets will be refunded minus applicable fees.

Refund policy:

5.1. Refunds will only be issued in the case of event cancellation or in extenuating circumstances, at organisers discretion.

5.2. Processing fees are non-refundable.

Event changes:

6.1. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event lineup, schedule, or venue without prior notice.

6.2. No refunds will be issued due to changes in the event lineup, schedule, or venue.

Health and safety:

7.1. Attendees must comply with any health and safety protocols implemented by the venue or event organizers.

7.2. The event organizers are not liable for any illness or injury that occurs during the event.

Photography and recording:

8.1. By attending, attendees consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please make yourself known to organisers on arrival. 

Lost and found:

9.1 The event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

9.2 Attendees should report lost items to event staff during the event.

Miscellaneous:

10.1. By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined herein.
